Wanderers Rugby Club Rooms behind the Brightwater Hall to commence at 1pm
A majority vote will be needed to pass the following resolutions:
- A resolution will be tabled at the AGM 13th July 2025 that the Brightwater Horticultural Society Inc apply to the registrar for the BHS Inc to be dissolved.
- A resolution will be tabled at the AGM 13th July 2025 that on behalf of all members all funds and assets of the Brightwater Horticultural Society Inc be gifted to a new club named Brightwater Horticutural Society.
Nominations for Office and Management Committee accepted from Members at the AGM or email the BHS Secretary with your intentions.
NEWS FROM THE AGM HELD 13 JULY 2025
The two Resolutions listed above in the AGM advert were passed unanimously at the 13th July Annual General Meeting.
Our Society Rules state we must now hold a Special General Meeting and again present the two Resolutions which will be passed by a majority vote by members at the meeting.
If or when the two Resolutions are passed at the Special General Meeting we can then apply to the Registrar for the BHS Inc to be dissolved.We will then continue as the Brightwater Horticultural Society.
The Special General Meeting will be held in November or early December 2025, meeting details to come.
